Amendment: This Agreement may only be amended in a writing seen, agreed to, and signed by both Parties.
Assignment: Ambassador may not assign this Agreement without KnowFlex's prior written consent.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
